15 year old Will has a gun shoved in the back waistband of his jeans when he gets on the elevator of his 7th floor apartment building. His brother, Shawn, was just murdered and he believes he knows who did it. Will knows the rules of his neighborhood: no crying, no snitching, and get revenge. What happens between the 7th and 1st floors of that that elevator shaft will determine Will's fate.
